Description
This role is responsible for Align’s clinical education digital platforms, developing and deploying digital content and assets to enable and enhance customers’ online learning journey. This is to support the fast growth of the region with excellence in execution, organizational skills and collaboration.
In this role, you will…
Digital Education Platforms & Learning Experience
- Manage and continuously improve global digital education platforms, including LMS environments and supporting education websites and applications.
- Design, deploy, and maintain structured online learning journeys across customer segments, regions, and audiences.
- Support LMS administration activities including asset setup, testing, configuration, troubleshooting, and user enablement.
Content Development & Enablement
- Create, curate, and maintain digital education assets such as online modules, microlearning, videos, and supporting resources.
- Partner with clinical subject matter experts to translate clinical knowledge into effective digital learning experiences.
Clinical & Regional Partnership
- Collaborate with regional clinical education teams to support local and regional initiatives, adapting global solutions to regional needs where appropriate.
- Support customer education efforts by contributing clinical and digital expertise to case evaluation education, clinical troubleshooting resources, and product usage education (as applicable).
- Partner with sales, marketing, and clinical stakeholders to align digital education with commercial and education strategies.
- Ensure best practices, processes, and learnings are shared across regions to drive consistency and efficiency.
Analytics, Insights & Performance Improvement
- Partner with analytics and reporting teams to leverage dashboards and data sources (e.g., LMS reporting, CRM integrations, Power BI) to support decision‑making.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and action plans to leadership to improve digital education performance and outcomes.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, timelines, and execution quality.
- Build strong working relationships with global, regional, and local stakeholders, as well as external vendors or agencies as needed.
- Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives and take on additional responsibilities aligned to regional or business needs.
For this role, you'll need...
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in correlated areas.
- Minimum 4-6 years of previous experience.
- To have experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration; Docebo experience is a plus.
- To have experience in use of digital education content creation software, e.g. Articulate Rise and Synthesia.
- To have knowledge of key LMS integrations, e.g. Salesforce, Power BI dashboard and be able to perform data analytics
- Familiarity with video editing software, e.g. Adobe Premiere.
- To have strong implementation skills with excellent in execution and attention to detail.
- To have effective communication and to be collaborative with global, regional team and local counterparts and external agencies.
- To be very organized in managing and coordinating projects; Asana experience preferred.
- Fluency in English.
