Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, marketing campaigns, and proactive prospecting activities.
- Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and uncover new business opportunities.
- Engage senior decision-makers to understand business challenges, priorities, and solution requirements.
- Qualify opportunities using established sales methodologies such as BANT.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual opportunity generation, meeting, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, opportunities, and activities within Salesforce CRM and Salesloft.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support business growth objectives.
- Support webinars, events, and industry conferences through prospect outreach and follow-up activities.
- Provide regular pipeline updates, forecasts, and management reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a related sales role.
- Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Data & Analytics, Technology, SaaS, or B2B sales environments is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Exposure to financial markets, market data, risk solutions, workflow platforms, or investment research solutions.
- Experience working across APAC, ASEAN, or global markets would be advantageous.
