About the Role
We are looking for a Client Services Support Specialist to join our India team. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to both customer experience and operational data support. You will often be the first point of contact for customers through the Contact Centre while also supporting backend data entry, validation, and research activities. This role plays a critical part in driving customer satisfaction, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business operations.
As a brand ambassador of Availity, you will build customer loyalty by delivering timely, accurate, and professional support while adhering to company policies, process guidelines, and information security standards.
All associates in this role undergo an extensive training program that provides foundational knowledge of systems, products, processes, and compliance requirements necessary to perform successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Professionally manage in-bound and outbound international customer calls.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
Execute assigned tasks in line with the latest work instructions and process updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Achieve daily productivity and quality targets consistently.
Accurately document all customer interactions in the designated platform.
Initiate post-call actions such as ticket submissions for password resets, account unlocks, etc.
Ensure compliance with data integrity guidelines and the company’s information security policies
Required Qualifications
Have at least 2+ years of prior international call center experience.
Having prior healthcare domain experience (with focus on the payer or administrative side would be an added advantage) – Preferrable
Experience handling customer interactions through voice, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume customer support environment.
Should have excellent communication skills, active listening skills, good typing and MS office proficiency
Open to work in US shift (India night shift)
Open to work from office (Monday to Friday)
PUC/ Diploma/graduate.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting U.S.-based customers or stakeholders.
Experience in customer support, contact centre operations, healthcare services, healthcare technology, SaaS, or other customer-facing environments.
Healthcare contact centre experience is preferred.
Strong customer focus with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
