If you're a top stylist, educator, or assistant manager who's ready to grow into a leadership role—but still wants to spend most of your day behind the chair—we'd love to meet you.

Drybar Richmond is looking for a licensed cosmetologist to lead our established, busy shop. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend approximately 70% of your time behind the chair delivering exceptional Drybar services while coaching your team, helping drive business results, and creating an outstanding guest experience.

💛You'll Have Support

Leadership doesn't happen alone. You'll partner with a Shop Educator, Client Relations Manager, District Manager, and experienced leadership team who are invested in your success.

💛What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional Drybar services behind the chair
• Lead daily shop operations and inspire your team
• Coach, mentor, and develop stylists and front desk team members
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain great talent
• Help drive memberships, retail sales, guest loyalty, and overall shop performance
• Maintain Drybar's standards for service, hospitality, and cleanliness

💛We're Looking For Someone Who

• Holds an active cosmetology license
• Has leadership experience as a lead stylist, educator, assistant manager, or salon manager—or is ready to take that next step
• Loves doing hair and enjoys developing people
• Leads with positivity, accountability, and professionalism
• Is comfortable coaching performance, recognizing success, and having difficult conversations when needed
• Wants to make a lasting impact on both the team and the business

💛Compensation & Benefits

Expected annual earnings: $58,000–$68,000+, including hourly pay, tips, commissions, and leadership bonuses.
