Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships leads the identification and development of growth opportunities by cultivating and sustaining mutually beneficial relationships with key internal and external partners. This role drives business development initiatives, negotiates agreements, and guides cross-functional teams to implement strategic solutions aligned with Walmart’s objectives. Utilizing data-driven insights and advanced problem-solving, the position influences decision-making and fosters collaboration across multiple stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring associates, managing complex projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies while promoting a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.

What you'll do...

• Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.

• Analyze financial and business data to support decision-making and optimize partnership outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
