We're looking for a dependable and organized Evening Yard Coordinator to help keep our warehouse and yard operations running smoothly. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in maintaining an organized work environment, and is committed to safety.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard.
- Receive, organize, stage, and load materials for crews and deliveries.
- Support daily warehouse and yard operations.
- Issue and receive company equipment.
- Fill propane tanks as needed.
- Track company vehicles and keys, ensuring vehicles are returned clean and keys are properly accounted for.
- Remove trash and ensure the yard and warehouse are clean before closing.
- Lock up the facility and arm the security system at the end of each shift.
- Report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to your supervisor.
- Assist with other warehouse and yard duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, yard, or construction materials experience preferred.
- Forklift operating experience preferred.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently during evening hours.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) driving record check.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – Until Complete (typically 5:00–6:00 PM)
