Flexible Hours That Work Around You

We're currently recruiting carers who can work morning shifts, 6.30am to 12pm, either on set days or across the full week.

We understand that flexibility is important, which is why we do our best to work around your availability and personal commitments.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Morning Care Assistant, you'll support clients in their own homes, helping them start their day with confidence and independence while providing companionship, reassurance, and practical support.

Duties may include:

• Supporting clients with personal care and getting ready for the day
• Assisting with medication
• Preparing breakfast and morning drinks
• Helping with light household duties
• Encouraging independence and wellbeing
• Providing companionship and a listening ear
• Building trusted, meaningful relationships with clients and their families

What We're Looking For

• A caring and compassionate nature
• A passion for helping others
• Good communication skills
• A Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• The right to work in the UK
