Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Plasma Table Operators for projects located in or around Jacksonville, FL. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-$30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Operate CNC plasma cutting tables in a steel fabrication shop environment
- Load cutting programs and set cutting parameters
- Run and monitor plasma cutting operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and AutoCAD drawings
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support production goals while adhering to all shop safety requirements
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience operating CNC plasma cutting machines
- Must be able to load programs and adjust machine settings
- Must have strong blueprint and shop drawing reading skills
- Must be able to interpret AutoCAD drawings
- Must have reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must be safety-conscious and detail-oriented
- Steel fabrication shop experience is preferred
