Strategic Partnership & Oversight
• Serve as a strategic partner to U.S. leadership to scale Blackstone’s Investment Operations platform through centralized oversight, process standardization, and talent development in India
• Act as primary liaison to US and regional Investment Operations teams, driving continuous process improvement and ensuring alignment on priorities
• Oversee Blackstone Bangalore resources, as well as work with third party teams, focused on transaction support, fund management and reporting and investor services

Transaction Support
• Oversee delivery, quality control, and coordination of transaction-support activities (deal allocations, fund flow documentation, transaction onboarding)
• Manage investment cash flow activity & transaction accounting treatment
• Oversee legal-entity lifecycle activities (formation, amendments, dissolutions), ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain audit-ready documentation, coordinate audit and SOI support, and enforce compliance with fund policies
• Drive automation and workflow enhancements using internally developed and third-party applications

Fund Management & Reporting
• Lead fund operations and reporting functions, including weekly COO reporting packages, dashboards, cash-flow reconciliations, disclosure memos and transaction summaries
• Act as control point for data aggregation, reconciliation and reporting administration
• Standardize reporting workflows and validate recurring deliverables for onshore consumption
• Oversee Broken Deal expense process

Investor Services
• Manage end-to-end investor servicing (LP inquiries, onboarding, wire instructions, side-letter tracking)
• Serve as key interface with internal teams and third-party providers to resolve escalations

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Experience & Technical Knowledge:
o Overall 15+ years of experience
o Minimum of 12 years of progressive finance or investment-ops experience, including a minimum of five years leading global operations teams
o Deep expertise in operations, reporting, investor services and transaction support
o Proven track record standardizing processes and implementing automation in a global environment
o Exceptional stakeholder-management, analytical and problem-solving skills
o Hands-on experience with financial systems and data tools, a plus (e.g. Sigma, Anaplan, Appian)

• Skills:
o Excellent organizational and project management skills, with ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
o Highly effective communicator with exceptional attention to detail and documentation standards.

• Education & Certifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
