The Industrial Engineer reports directly to the LEAN Manager. This employee, using LEAN/Continuous Improvement tools, will support the balancing of production lines through the use of AutoCAD. They will be responsible for analyzing capacity versus volume to calculate the "need to run," working in conjunction with the finance team.

ABOUT YOU

• Continuous and close collaboration with the LEAN team and production areas on a routine basis.

• Analysis of production capacities and comparisons of current production results.

• Collaboration with areas such as Engineering, Process Quality, Finance, and Production.

• Technical support to employees in the areas with which they interact on projects and multidisciplinary teams.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor or university degree in Industrial Engineering

• 5+ years of experience

• Knowledge of engineering practices

• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred

• Advanced knowledge in MS Office

• Experience using SAP

• Advanced English level
