Responsibilities

The Opportunity  

   

  • Execute and track Off-Cycle payment requests, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and approval requirements.
  • Support the administration of Overpayment cases, including data gathering, preliminary analysis, case documentation, and follow-up on recovery activities.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports related to Off-Cycle payments, Overpayments, and other payroll exceptions to support decision-making and process oversight.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen controls, reduce exceptions, and enhance process efficiency

 

Your Impact   

 

As People Ops Jr Analyst - MCC Payroll Exceptions your functions would consist of … 

 
  • Execution and administration of payroll exceptions,  
  • Assist in the management of overpayment cases
  • Execute operational controls and validations to identify payroll discrepancies, mitigate risks, and support process accuracy
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics and critical cases..
