Role description:

The role of the AI Developer is to create innovative, efficient AI applications that align with user needs and comply with the company’s technology strategy.​

Role accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models andsystems​
• Translate business problems and objectives into effective AI-driven solutions​
• Research, select, and implement appropriate AI/ML algorithms and tools​
• Build, train, validate, and optimize AI models and intelligent agents​
• Conduct experiments and performance testing to evaluate model effectiveness​
• Productionize data science prototypes and scale AI solutions​
• Integrate AI applications into enterprise platforms and existing systems​
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and business teams to deliver AIsolutions​
• Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed AI systems​
• Ensure AI applications comply with regulatory, ethical, and organizationalstandards​
• Present technical results and insights to non-technical stakeholders​
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices​.
• Involved in muliple IT service management proceseses: Incident Management for solving incidents / Problem Management for root cause analysis / Release Management for release where involved / Configuration Management for keeping configurational data up-to-date / Change Management with participation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) when relevant
• 3rd level support for AI and Agent own built solutions.
• Works with stakeholders such as product and service owners to define servicelevel objectives (SLOs) for system operations.
• Key stakeholder in assisting the managing of partners that provide services within the domain

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor degree with relevant exp in AI-focused programming
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant AI certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Should be proficient in Python, Java, or other AI-focused programming languages, and havea solid understanding of machine learning, neural networks, large-language models, andnatural language processing using Azure Foundry
