• Salary: $111,616 - $139,520 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to implement best practices that drive performance, increase efficiencies, and enhance the use of sales tools in assigned business units
• Provide analytics and continuous improvement support while executing Go To Market strategies through training and professional development initiatives
• Act as a liaison between the sales organization and RBG businesses to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with business strategies
• Support strategic go-to-market initiatives, including sales process standardization, analysis, measurement, and customer segmentation
• Facilitate training and development efforts while managing projects to enhance overall sales effectiveness
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:  

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
