Business Architect

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement and value creation. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those insights into comprehensive business solutions. The position also includes supporting organizational transformation efforts by developing strategic business cases and assisting in the execution of critical initiatives that align with overall business goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technology teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to business processes and systems. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and effective collaboration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing operations. - Experience in designing and implementing business solutions that integrate with SAP production planning modules. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Familiarity with process modeling and business architecture frameworks to support transformation initiatives. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
