Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) Manager to join a global team. Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and consultant to senior leaders, providing insights to align employee needs with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies and initiatives focused on talent acquisition, performance management, retention, and succession planning.
- Drive performance management processes, including employee development plans, goal alignment, and ongoing feedback mechanisms.
- Lead and advocate for a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace that fosters a sense of belonging for all employees.
- Coach leaders on best practices in people management, building high-performing teams, and navigating complex employee relations challenges.
- Analyze HR metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize team performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Champion organizational change initiatives with a focus on minimizing disruption and improving employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HR best practices with broader business strategies.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Training, Human Resources, Leadership, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in HR, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Management—corporate or business setting experience preferred.
- Proven ability to work confidently with senior leaders, coupled with the credibility to both challenge and partner constructively to align business goals with HR strategies.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex topics clearly and concisely to varied audiences.
- Demonstrated excellence in coaching and influencing, with the ability to build strong and trusting internal and external partnerships.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making, identify trends, and propose impactful solutions.
- A commitment to fostering diverse and equitable workplaces, along with the ability to demonstrate inclusive leadership practices.
