What You’ll Do
- Reviewing supplier documentation in Trace Gains portal (Maintain Supplier Registers with document expiration dates and make sure that all supplier docs are up to date)
- Fulfill customer Requests for Documentation (emails/customer portals)
- E-filing records
- Maintain Controlled Documents in our DC software - SOPS, SSOP's, Forms, Work Instructions, etc - Create/Revise through Change Order Process
Requirements
What You Bring
- Education minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Business or a related field, or high school diploma/GED with 2 years of equivalent work related experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant field
- Familiar working in a software portal environment (data entry)
- Document review skills
- Administrative support skills
- Food manufacturing/pharmaceutical/legal/academia/regulatory industry experience is a plus.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceutical, HACCP, GMP’s, SSOP’s and FSMA’s Regulatory Landscape is a plus.
- Must be able to juggle multiple competing projects
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as food safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to follow instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
