Job Description
Albemarle is hiring for an AP Team Coordinator. This position is hybrid and located in Budapest.
What You Will Do
Create, test and run reports to ensure that the team works in accordance with the compliance requirements and recognizes possible compliance failures
Support process standardization
Support on-boarding
Lead or support projects as necessary
Respect compliance procedures and aid upon audit or managerial request
Support job transition and continuous improvement activities
Manage compliance issues on a structural level
Prepare and distribute ad-hoc and recurring reports
Collaborate with other departments and support information sharing
Be able to represent the team and protect its interest if the team leader is not available
Manage escalations
Allocate/re-allocate tasks while taking the individual workload into account aligned with the department’s targets
Monitor if the team is on track with the day-to-day operations
Oversee the quality of the work and report to the Team Leader in case of any issues
Promote team spirit
Act as a role model in the team in issue handling, precision, pro-activeness
Follow-up with end-users to ensure timely posting of due items
Active participation in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities
Resolve escalated issues on timely manner and perform root cause analysis
Maintain back-up structure and act as a backup for the TL
Take part of updating the work instructions - raise awareness about changes
Support department projects and initiatives
Maintain daily operative measures to deliver world class service
Being the first point of contact for key stakeholders, building a strong collaborative relationship with them
Carry out regular operational reviews with stakeholders
Maintaining full and timely transparency on customer issues and backlogs, escalations
Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team
What You Bring
Required:
College or university degree
5+ years of experience in RTP (preferably at least 1 year with Albemarle)
Full understanding of compliance matters related to RTP processes
Full understanding of the RTP processes and their connections within the SSC
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Sophisticated communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of the different systems used by RTP
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent reporting and presentation skills
Excellent risk management skills
Ability to work independently
Training and development skills
Critical & analytical thinking
Presence, Self-awareness, Resourcefulness, Innovative approach, Self-motivation
Ability to handle and coordinate 10+ people and different S2P processes among different S2P regions
Ability to lead x-functional related issue resolution and root cause analysis.
Preferred:
ECDL certification or equivalent qualification
Lean 6sigma - Yellow belt
