Production Shift Operator Trainer

Job Overview

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring a Production Shift Operator Trainer, following the Blue Day shift. Responsible for providing mentorship and training associates in the Operator skill path. Trainers will provide training that is consistent and up to date with current processes and procedures.

Highlights of your role

• Provide on the job training and coaching to associates in the Operator skill level path using the LMS and manuals, including preparation and support to help them successfully pass OP skill level tests
• Be a trusted mentor for new Operators, offering guidance and answering questions to support their early success
• Maintain open communication with Production Leadership and the Training department to track progress and identify trends in associate development
• Ensure training documentation is accurate and actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of training materials and processes

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• Pultrusion Operator 1 skill level or higher, required
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and self-motivated to manage time and tasks independently
• Professional and approachable in working with peers and leadership
• Patient and flexible in adapting training to different learning styles
