About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson's Sourcing Business Operations team and help identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve reporting, and accelerate decision-making through automation, digital solutions, and AI.
Working closely with sourcing professionals and business stakeholders, you'll contribute to innovation initiatives that improve efficiency and create better ways of working across the sourcing organization.
What you will do:
- Analyze sourcing processes, reports, and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities
- Support the development of AI-enabled solutions and automations
- Work with Copilot, Glean, and other digital tools to improve efficiency
- Create reports, dashboards, and business insights
- Document and promote new solutions and best practices
- Contribute to process improvement and innovation initiatives
Who you are:
- Recently graduated or in the early stages of your professional career
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and analytics
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
