Qualifications
-7-10+ years of mechanical construction experience as a Project Coordinator and/or Project -Manager within the ICI sector.
-Strong knowledge of mechanical building systems, including boilers, chillers, HVAC, and sheet metal.
-Experience managing commercial, industrial, and institutional retrofit and renovation projects.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects from award through closeout.
-Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
-Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-Ability to mentor and provide guidance to Project Coordinators and Estimators.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Responsibilities:
-Develop, maintain, and monitor mechanical project schedules.
-Prepare and manage project budgets and cost forecasts.
-Assist in preparing contracts and negotiating changes with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
-Oversee project execution to ensure quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
-Prepare progress reports and provide regular project updates to clients.
-Manage monthly progress billings and project financials.
-Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
-Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining strong client relationships.
