Are you a compassionate and dedicated per diem Home Health Aide's (HHAs) looking for flexible live-in opportunities with a premier home care agency? Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking experienced Live-In HHAs to care for valued clients throughout, Nassau County including Glen Cove, Garden City, and Freeport, and surrounding areas.
Whether you're looking for a 3, 4, 5-day live-in, or weekend-only live-in schedule, we have opportunities to match your availability.

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Physical exam (within 1 year)
• PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
• MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
