Claims Analyst I

Main Functions:

-Receives documents of claims, analyzes, investigates, verifies coverage, policy benefits, identify fraud alerts and realize settlement of claims.

- Check and handle of claims reserves with a follow and updating call outs.

-Manages a direct line of communication with Brokers, Providers and clients to support in the handling of Claims.

-Provides answers to emails, concerns, resolves complaints from suppliers and brokers

-Conduct training on the claims handling process for Brokers and Suppliers
