About the Role

As the Store Manager, you’ll be the heart and soul of your team, empowering them to:
Lead and inspire a team that delivers top-tier performance and exceptional customer service.
Own the Trek brand and create unforgettable experiences for our customers.
Drive store results by meeting sales, margin, and inventory goals.
Lead visual merchandising, operational excellence, and store process optimization.
Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual goals aligned with store strategy and financial targets.

What We’re Looking For
We’re on the lookout for a leader with:
Proven Leadership: You’ve led and developed teams in retail environments and delivered exceptional results.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Your focus is always on providing outstanding service to every customer.
Retail Expertise: 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Sales-Driven: You’ve consistently increased sales and profit.
Strategic Thinker: You can identify opportunities and tackle challenges with creative solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computer systems and store tools.
Flexible Availability: You’re ready to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
