Patient Accounts Coordinator

What You'll Do
- Process and submit medical claims accurately and efficiently
- Verify insurance eligibility and patient benefits
- Review billing documentation and ensure proper coding compliance
- Follow up on denied, rejected, or unpaid claims
- Work with insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist patients with billing questions and payment-related concerns
- Support revenue cycle operations and reimbursement processes
- Maintain accurate records and billing documentation
- Stay current on billing regulations, coding updates, and payer requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Experience with medical billing, insurance claims, or EHR systems preferred
