How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll:
- Be the main point of contact for clients, addressing payment-related queries and ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Manage client accounts to ensure timely collection and payment of funds, resolving issues proactively.
- Monitor financial metrics like debt, funding, and unallocated cash using reporting tools to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile daily cash transactions, calculate exchange rates, and raise payments promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
Your work will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, helping clients and teams achieve their goals.
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 1+ years of experience in accounting, credit control, or client interaction.
- Is fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus but not required).
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a numerical subject.
- Can manage financial transactions with precision and explain complex issues in simple terms.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering excellent client service.
