Sales Associate
Our Sales Associates are the heart of our business. They create memorable shopping experiences by building relationships with customers, sharing product knowledge, and providing exceptional service. If you enjoy meeting new people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Become a "Boot Expert" through our comprehensive training program.
- Welcome customers and provide outstanding, personalized service.
- Recommend products and educate customers on features, fit, and styles.
- Accurately process sales transactions while following cash handling procedures.
- Assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining attractive product displays.
- Work closely with teammates to ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and organized.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay
- Opportunity to earn an additional $2–$3 per hour through performance-based bonus incentives.
Stock Associate
Our Stock Associates keep the store running behind the scenes by ensuring merchandise is received, organized, and available for customers. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy staying active throughout your workday, this role is a great fit.
What You'll Do:
- Receive and unload merchandise shipments.
- Verify carton counts and packing lists for accuracy.
- Organize merchandise in the stockroom and replenish the sales floor.
- Maintain accurate inventory by organizing merchandise by brand, gender, style, and size.
- Ensure merchandise is properly ticketed and displayed.
- Monitor inventory for potential shrink or security concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom by breaking down boxes, disposing of trash, and following all safety procedures.
- Assist with merchandising projects and inventory organization.

Requirements
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
- Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
