We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate with expertise in Guidewire - BC to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, hybrid role offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.
Responsibilities
· Utilize your expertise in Guidewire - BC to develop, implement, and maintain solutions aligned with business requirements.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results within specified timelines.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
· Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement.
· Contribute to the successful completion of assigned deliverables and objectives within the project timeline.
Experience & Qualifications
· Experience Required: 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
· Proficiency in Guidewire - BC is essential.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
· Relevant educational qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Sector Expertise
While specific sector expertise is not mandatory, candidates with a background in industries leveraging Guidewire solutions (such as insurance or financial services) will have an added advantage.
