- You coordinate and lead branch managers and their teams, ensuring smooth operations and performance in Market Poland
- You are responsible for annual budgeting, strategic planning, and the continuous optimization of retail processes
- You oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members, fostering a high-performing workforce
- You monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and develop strategies to boost sales and customer engagement
- You represent your region in key meetings and actively contribute to decisions at the headquarters in Switzerland
- You drive business growth by managing key accounts and leading the expansion of new locations, including Shop-in-Shop concepts.
- You have proven leadership experience in retail management, with a strong track record of successfully leading teams and driving performance
- You possess excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to manage budgets and optimize retail processes
- You have a solid understanding of market trends and competitor analysis in France, with a knack for developing sales-boosting strategies
- You excel in recruitment and team development, with a focus on building high-performing, motivated teams
- You are results-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing key accounts and leading new location expansions
- You are fluent in English at a professional level
