Position Summary

The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic, operational direction and oversight of the clinical program work of the Endocrinology division which may be performed at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and other clinic locations.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates, manages, designs, implements, and evaluates, with analysis of data/metrics, the Endocrinology division clinical program and as assigned.
  • May supervise multiple staff members in designated program.
  • Serves as a liaison with key Medical school and departmental partners to identify opportunities for collaboration/relationship-building.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
