UX Tester

HealthBay is a leading healthcare company that is committed to providing high-quality medical services to our patients. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced UX Tester to join our growing team.

As a UX Tester, you will be responsible for evaluating the user experience of our digital products and ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of our patients. You will work closely with our design and development teams to identify and report any usability issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough testing of our digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms, to ensure they meet our quality standards and provide an optimal user experience.

- Create and execute test plans and scenarios, identifying any bugs or usability issues and documenting them in a clear and detailed manner.

- Collaborate with designers and developers to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the user experience.

- Conduct user research and gather feedback from patients to understand their needs and preferences, and use this information to inform product improvements.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX testing and incorporate them into our testing processes.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

- Provide regular reports on testing progress and results to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a UX Tester or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

- In-depth knowledge of UX design principles, usability testing methodologies, and industry best practices.

- Familiarity with usability testing tools and software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Passion for user-centered design and a strong desire to continuously improve the user experience.
