We're looking for a Service Marketing Strategist who can own the Service Division's marketing strategy and campaign calendar, and work closely with Product Specialists, Sales, Account Management, and Technical Support to build programs that support the service business.
This role blends strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution, content development, analytics, and customer growth initiatives – independently developing launch plans, translating analytics into actionable recommendations, and
serving as a strategic partner to Product Specialists, Sales, and leadership. The result: Service offerings that are effectively promoted, well understood by the Sales organization, and continuously improved based on customer feedback.
What You'll Do:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Develop and maintain a marketing communications plan aligned with division goals and product line strategies
Identify target audiences and craft tailored messaging to build awareness and generate demand
Define campaign objectives, timelines, and success metrics with key stakeholders
Plan and execute multi-channel Service marketing campaigns spanning email, LinkedIn, webinars, and seminars
Content & Sales Enablement:
Develop Service Division content for sales literature, SRT materials, and the Sales Playbook
Partner with Product Specialist to ensure technical accuracy and product alignment
Create release notes for new products and updates with Product Specialist
Own and manage the Service SharePoint site, ensuring content is current, organized, and accessible
Product Launch Support:
Own and manage the Service SharePoint site, ensuring content in current, organized, and accessible
Develop the Service marketing plan for new product launches in partnership with Product Specialist
Ensure Service readiness materials (training, documentation, communications) align with launch timing
Lead Generation & Customer Growth:
Develop targeted campaigns or outreach initiatives to re-engage current customers based on product lifecycle, usage
patterns, and new feature releases
Analyze customer and install-base data, in partnership with Product Specialist, to identify upgrade, expansion, and cross-
sell opportunities
Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to nurture and convert leads within existing accounts related to
strategic growth initiatives
Analytics & Insights:
Manage marketing analytics and reporting across Service campaigns
Own and analyze customer survey data, including Field Service Engineer, Technical Support and Training surveys
Translate survey and campaign data into actionable recommendations for leadership
Track sales results specific to each campaign
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in marketing or communications; service/technical industry experience a plus
Strong writing and content-development skills for varied audiences
Comfortable working with data and analytics to guide decisions
Experience with email, LinkedIn, and webinar marketing platforms
Familiarity with SharePoint or similar content management systems
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and Support teams
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Compensation Information:
$88,000 - $120,000 Annual Salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
