JOB SUMMARY
This position supervises residents of the Adult Recovery House, a 24/7 residential facility for patients in early recovery from addiction.
*Must be free from substance absue for the last two (2) consecutive years
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION - EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING FOR POSITION
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Six (6) months of related experience in a community services organization are required.
- Current certification in First Aid/CPR preferred.
- Certification as a Certified Peer Specialist by the Washington State Peer Counselor Training Program at the time of appointment or at a time set by the Tribe.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR POSITION
Skills:
- Oral and written communication.
- Problem-solving and client interviewing.
- Working with diverse populations.
- Microsoft office suite
Knowledge:
- Substance use disorder and social services resources.
