About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to help establish and scale Workforce Intelligence, a newly formed enterprise capability focused on enabling business leaders to make more informed decisions about workforce strategy, capacity, performance, and organizational readiness. Positioned at the intersection of business strategy and workforce insights, this team provides leaders with the clarity and confidence needed to navigate complex workforce challenges.
In this role, you will play a key part in building the capability from the ground up, partnering with leaders across the organization to assess business needs, develop strategic workforce solutions, define data and process requirements, and create scalable frameworks that enhance workforce decision-making. Success in this position requires a blend of strategic thinking, consulting expertise, program leadership, and strong business acumen.
In this role, you will:
- Partner in the design and implementation of the Workforce Intelligence capability, including its operating model, governance framework, and long-term strategy and strategic roadmap.
- Lead the resolution of complex, enterprise-wide business challenges by developing innovative, scalable, and long-term solutions.
- Partner across the business, HR, finance, analytics, technology, and operations to build integrated workforce intelligence solutions and decision frameworks.
- Translate evolving workforce and business needs into sustainable enterprise capabilities that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving business performance, workforce initiatives, and executive decision-making through insights and recommendations.
- Facilitate executive discussions, steering committees, and stakeholder forums to align workforce decisions with business objectives and drive implementation.
- Define critical workforce questions, identify relevant data sources and metrics, and ensure insights are actionable and aligned to business outcomes.
- Synthesize workforce, business, and market insights into executive-ready presentations, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
- Influence and align stakeholders across multiple lines of business while providing leadership to cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
- Lead complex initiatives from strategy through execution, advancing predictive, AI-enabled workforce intelligence capabilities that support future workforce planning.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in workforce planning, workforce strategy, management consulting, human resources, finance, business strategy, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling new capabilities, operating models, governance frameworks, or enterprise-wide programs.
- Proven ability to develop long-term strategic roadmaps and translate vision into executable workstreams and business outcomes.
- Experience partnering with senior executives to influence workforce, organizational, and business decisions through data-driven insights and consultative problem solving.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning concepts, organizational effectiveness, position management, talent strategy, and capacity planning.
- Experience synthesizing complex data from multiple sources and translating insights into compelling stories, recommendations, and executive-level communications.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, operate effectively in evolving environments, and establish structure, processes, and priorities where none exist.
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and building partnerships across business, HR, finance, strategy, analytics, and technology organizations.
- Knowledge of workforce analytics, predictive modeling, AI-enabled workforce solutions, and emerging trends impacting the future of work.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and influence skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust, drive alignment, and achieve results without direct authority.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
