Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. The role includes creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the seamless flow and quality of data across various systems. The position requires continuous monitoring and enhancement of data processes to support organizational needs and enable effective data migration and deployment. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and troubleshoot any issues related to data handling is also a key part of the daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business requirements.
- Oversee the optimization and automation of data workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth within the data engineering domain.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and implementing extract, transform, and load processes to manage data migration and integration.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and data quality assurance techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues across multiple systems.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of data workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
