The OpportunityAs an Asset & Wealth Management - Renewable Energy Tax Manager, you will guide clients through the complexities of tax planning, compliance, and strategy within our Tax practice. You will help businesses navigate intricate tax regulations and optimize their tax positions, confirming compliance while minimizing risks. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will analyze financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Leading tax compliance workstreams and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in the preparation and filing of tax returns to meet regulatory requirements
- Utilizing analytical thinking to review and analyze financial data for tax planning and compliance
- Drafting and preparing tax documents to support clients in optimizing their tax positions
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for tax strategy improvements
- Developing and implementing project management plans to achieve successful tax compliance outcomes
- Embracing change and innovation to enhance tax services delivery and client satisfaction
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address tax-related challenges and opportunities
- Upholding professional and technical standards in accordance with PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage growth in tax compliance and strategy
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
