Overview
Producer at Locaria is both responsible for bringing all components of the production and delivery of projects together and being a client service representative.
Producer will be working as part of the Locaria team, responsible for creating and delivering an integrated range of assets and support for our global flagship client. Reporting to a Manager, Production Services you will lead day-to-day work helping to manage expectations and deliver projects against timelines. We're looking for someone who is proactive, and who is constantly looking for creative ways to achieve exceptional results; someone who can build lasting relationships at all levels both internally and externally.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relations with clients
- Daily project management of incoming briefs and assignments
- Traffic management of incoming flow among departments and specialists
- Ensure that projects are finished and delivered on time
- Manage creative production team (video, print and digital)
- Organize document flow and financial control (Cost estimates, PO's, invoices, etc.)
- Management of 3rd Parties involvement (i.e. sound studios, directors, photographers, other freelancers)
- Ensure quality level of the final product adhere to Locaria and industry standards
- Ensure that projects are finished and delivered on time
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, account management, or production, ideally within Creative/Localization Agencies.
- Ability to effectively manage teams of producers, editors, and designers.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and capability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite, including Spreadsheets, Presentations, and Docs.
- Familiarity with Figma and AirTable.

- Holiday: You will be entitled to 18 working days paid leave per year (pro-rata in first year), excluding public holidays. This entitlement will increase to 19 days after 2 years service, 20 days after 3 years service and 21 after 4 years.
