The High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) organization plays a critical role in advancing next-generation memory solutions that power AI, computing, and data-intensive applications around the world. As a Communications Specialist, you will help connect strategy to execution across a fast paced organization. In this role, you will create clear, compelling communications that keep employees, leaders, customers, and partners advised, aligned, and engaged. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate sophisticated technical and business information into meaningful messages that support HBM priorities and achievements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver clear communications that translate sophisticated HBM technology, product, program, and business topics for diverse audiences
- Develop and edit executive communications, presentations, newsletters, team meeting content, intranet updates, and organizational announcements
- Build and manage communication plans, editorial calendars, and messaging strategies that align partners around key priorities and breakthroughs
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to gather input, maintain message consistency, and support organizational change communications
- Measure communication effectiveness through feedback and engagement insights while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and brand alignment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years of demonstrated ability in corporate communications, internal communications, executive communications, public relations, content strategy, or a related field
- Exceptional written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical or business information into clear, engaging content
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using generative AI and digital communication tools to support content development and improve workflow efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the semiconductor, memory, technology, engineering, product development, or other highly technical industries
- Experience supporting global organizations across multiple cultures, functions, and time zones
- Experience leading communications for organizational changes, business transformations, or major program achievements
- Experience developing communication plans, executive presentations, newsletters, intranet content, and large-scale team communications
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration and communication tools, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot
