Description
The Aspen Group (TAG) is one of the largest and most trusted retail healthcare business support organizations in the U.S. and has supported over 20,000 healthcare professionals and team members with close to 1,500 health and wellness offices across 48 states in four distinct categories: dental care, urgent care, medical aesthetics, and animal health. Working in partnership with independent practice owners and clinicians, the team is united by a single purpose: to prove that healthcare can be better and smarter for everyone. TAG provides a comprehensive suite of centralized business support services that power the impact of five consumer-facing businesses: Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, Chapter Aesthetic Studio, and Lovet Pet Health Care. Each brand has access to a deep community of experts, tools and resources to grow their practices, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.
The Aspen Group is looking for a Local Program Manager to help drive growth across geographies. This person will help track performance and develop insights on trends and coordinate improvement initiatives for underperforming locations (keeping marketing, field, and agency partners aligned). This role will start with a focus on ClearChoice and managing the 2026 local priorities roadmap. Over time, the role will evolve to include deeper analysis of specific challenging regions and shaping local growth strategy. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, analytical, and energized by turning data into action across a large, multi-location business.

• Maintain a clear view of local program priorities, owners, and timelines, keeping initiatives on track
• Coordinate center-led improvement initiatives for underperforming locations
• Plan, track, and summarize results of local marketing tests and programs, and recommend next steps
• Conduct deeper analyses of specific challenging regions to understand root causes of underperformance
• Contribute to the development of local growth strategy, helping identify where and how to invest as the program matures
Qualifications
• 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, operations, analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working in Excel/Sheets and interpreting performance data
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep them on track
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in multi-location, franchise, retail, or healthcare businesses a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Annual Salary Range: $110,000-$115,000 plus 10% bonus, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
