Job Description

As a Security Guard Unarmed Roving Security in Redlands, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to security-related needs. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and restricted areas in accordance with facility policies; assist with directing visitors and maintaining orderly access to the location.
• Prepare accurate reports and complete required documentation related to patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
