Description
- Product Support: Support in‑house software products, as directed by the Technical Authority (TA), by providing full‑stack development expertise across the application’s UI and data layers.
- Backend Development (Oracle SQL & PL/SQL): Develop, enhance, and maintain backend logic in Oracle databases, including writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Frontend/UI Development (Oracle APEX): Design, enhance, and maintain user interfaces in Oracle APEX. This includes interpreting and translating user stories, business requirements, and user‑research findings into intuitive UI designs, workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Documentation: Document software designs, system architecture, processes, and the codebase, including technical notes, comments, and other supporting materials required for maintainability.

MT1.1 |
The Bidder’s proposed resource must hold a post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering, science, computer science, mathematics or a technology domain.
Note: The degree or diploma must be from either a recognized Canadian institution or a Canadian Forces Institution, or the equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service, if obtained outside Canada. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) months within the last one hundred and eighty (180) months of demonstrated experience working as a software developer, and/or a database modeller. |

The Bidder’s proposed resource must have twenty-four (24) months within the last sixty (60) months of demonstrated experience developing applications in Oracle Application Express (APEX). |
