Quantum Fiber Sr In Home Sales Experts build relationships with property teams and residents across assigned multi-dwelling unit communities. In this field-based sales role, you will promote Quantum Fiber Instant Internet products and services through property visits, resident engagement, sales presentations, on-site events, and focused product support. Our new Field Sales Representatives earn between $61,800 to $100,000, including the salary and our uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.

This role plays a key part in supporting MDU subscriber acquisition, launching new fiber-enabled properties, and helping residents experience reliable, world-class connectivity. • Build trusted relationships with property managers, leasing teams, residents, and prospective customers within assigned MDU communities.
• Plan and complete regular property visits, resident engagement activities, on-site events, and unit refreshes to support weekly and monthly sales objectives.
• Educate residents on Quantum Fiber products and services, clearly communicate competitive advantages, and help customers select solutions that meet their needs.
• Serve as a local point of contact for property teams, helping coordinate support when residents have product or service-related questions.
• Use sales, marketing, technology, and CRM tools—including Salesforce, Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint, and related systems—to manage activity, document follow-up, and support performance goals.

 

What We Look for in a Candidate

Essential skills and minimum requirements:

• Consultative sales experience: At least 12 months of demonstrated success in a commission-based or goal-driven sales role, with the ability to uncover customer needs, position solutions, and close opportunities. Relational sales experience, either inside or outside sales, is preferred.
• Relationship-building and partner management: Ability to build trust with property managers, leasing teams, residents, and prospective customers while fostering relationships that support subscriber acquisition and long-term property engagement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, deliver sales presentations, host on-site events, educate residents, and represent Quantum Fiber from AT&T with professionalism.
• Customer-first mindset: Service-before-self orientation with the professionalism, patience, and ownership needed to support customers and property teams when questions or service-related concerns arise.
• Field execution and self-management: Ability to spend 75% or more time in the field, independently manage a geographic territory, plan property visits, execute events, and consistently meet weekly and monthly activity expectations. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to stand for long periods while working indoors and outdoors throughout the year.
• Technology, CRM, and documentation discipline: Comfort learning and explaining fiber internet products, using digital tools, and consistently documenting activity through Salesforce CRM, Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint, and related systems.
• Competitive awareness and data aptitude: Ability to understand the local competitive environment, explain what differentiates Quantum Fiber from other providers, and review sales, customer, and technical data to prioritize effort and improve results.
• Adaptability, resilience, and accountability: Ability to navigate changing property needs, handle rejection, maintain performance in a mobile field-based role, proactively communicate, and follow through on commitments with strong calendar and activity management.
