Role Overview:
This internship supports the Quality Management (QM) co-ordinator in maintaining and improving quality standards. It involves reviewing QM documents and tracking performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the QM co-ordinator in compiling statistical data of service measurement results and writing narrative reports summarising quality assurance findings
• Applying the knowledge, skills and analytical techniques to isolate and identify root causes of failures for service exceptions
• Supporting International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) compliance by participating in internal quality and HSE audits and reviewing whether documented procedures are being followed
• Following up on the closure of action items from both internal and external audits

Who we’re looking for: 

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or University programme in any field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Logistics Management
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly motivated, self-driven, with a positive mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, as well as in process, product quality, and reliability
• Proficient in both written and spoken English (TOEFL 450)
