The Position: We are seeking a Senior Advisor to join our APAC People & Culture team, based in Perth CBD. This role will support the APAC region in end-to-end HR operations, covering day to day management in addition to business partnering requirements.

Our workforce spans technical, corporate and blue-collar environments, requiring this role to operate with agility across varied workforce needs, multiple jurisdictions, cultures and operating environments. The position must balance responsive HR delivery in alignment with company and regulatory governance requirements.

In addition, you will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Advisory and leadership guidance across complex employee and industrial relations matters
• Day to day operational delivery across employee life cycle duties
• Payroll back up and governance
• Administration & execution of HR generalist duties
• Ongoing support of workforce planning and organisational reviews
• Partner closely with frontline & corporate leadership on HR related matters
• Coach compliance and governance across company policies and business practices

The position is based in Perth CBD, hybrid working is available, with occasional interstate or mine-site travel and flexibility is required to support APAC time zones when required.

Your strength in HR fundamentals, across ER/IR, operational compliance and governance partnered with commercial aptitude and people skills will see you be a part of dynamic growth journey.

In addition, this role requires the following background/skills;

• Tertiary Qualifications in HR or long-standing career in HR at advisory or business partnering capacity, working with heavy industry and mix of Blue collar/white collar workforce
• Ideally, exposure to a matrix organisational model, working cross functionally and globally
• Broad knowledge of Australian employment law, with strong exposure to ER and IR delivery
• Ability to influence and coach diverse leadership groups, with strong relationship building capability
• Ability to balance interchangeable workload and strong organisation skills
• Prior experience in change management culture and operational maturity would be desired, not essential.
• Ability to work independently, with proactive self-leadership and initiative.
