Sales Support Specialist - Italian Market

Join our Commercial Office team as a Sales Support Specialist, Italian Market, where you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience and supporting commercial success. In this position, you will manage customer orders, quotations, contracts, and master data while acting as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, logistics, and internal departments. Where You'll Make a Difference

• Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Administration, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Create, update, and maintain customer master data in internal systems.
• Prepare, review, and issue quotations, contracts, and sales-related documentation.
• Monitor customer requests and provide timely support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Validate order details, pricing, and delivery requirements before processing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support commercial activities and customer relationships.
• Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners.
• Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders.

• Previous experience in a Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, or similar commercial role.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent Italian language skills

• Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Zucchetti Ad Hoc or similar platforms.
