Inside Sales Representative (all genders)

YOUR MISSION

The Inside Sales Representative works in team with the external sales representative. It is his/her responsibility to ensure excellent service and customer communication for a fixed territory or customer’s base. English is mandatory, Spanish a is big advantage.

• Opening new accounts (30%) and extending the assortment portfolio with defined existing accounts (70%) is part of the daily work.
• Supporting customer satisfaction and loyalty while moving the customer to the most efficient sales channel (e.g. online) is very important.
• Acts as the responsible salesperson between Anyseals and the assigned customers.
• Administers client data in internal support systems (IT).
• Making offers with correct price calculations and following up on these offers.
• Booking orders and educate customers to use our E-Shop.
• Support of the complete team (External & Internal) with different tasks.
• Uses, primarily, tele sales tools/knowledge/skills actively and effectively to manage sales across assigned customers and their potential estimation. Aims to continuously expand the business relationship with the defined customers and pushes to cross-sell the sealing assortment.
• Ensures the proper sales channel assignment of the customers, especially with the aim of digital rate increase at Anyseals, meaning online migration.
• Knows customer’s business environment and goals as well as customer segment incl. products & applications. Knows competitive environment, key suppliers and buying behavior.
• Leads Customer Relationship Management, representing Anyseals interests towards the customers, representing customers’ requirements within Anyseals. Ensures speedy handling of customer complaints and enquiries.
• Identifies, manages and successfully concludes sales opportunities by persuading and influencing customers to choose Anyseals products and services.
• Reports periodically with the external sales on his/her sales project portfolio.
• Responsible for an efficient handling of all occurring sales activities
• Work under pressure to get order out on time and is not afraid to call.
• Flexibility to multi-task as member of small team

YOUR PROFILE:

• Strong proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
• Proven customer service and sales experience
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation and B2B sales with technical products
• Understanding commercial aspects of solution/ service selling
• IT knowledge, Excel, CRM, Microsoft Office
• Internal and external Communication skills
• Tele selling capabilities
• Ambitious, reliable, open minded, organized
• English and Spanish (Required)
