FP Movement, Brand Marketing Coordinator

Role Summary

FP Movement is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Brand Marketing Coordinator to support our brand and influencer marketing initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

 

 

• Assist with placing marketing gifting orders and coordinating product shipments
• Monitor influencer content and campaign performance through CreatorIQ
• Support day-to-day influencer communications, including event invitations, product shipment updates, and campaign logistics
• Assist with creator sourcing, event invite lists, and campaign casting recommendations
• Assist with brand campaigns and product-focused campaigns
• Assist with monthly and quarterly marketing recaps for all brand marketing projects
• Take notes in relevant meetings and send timely recaps to the team
• Maintain marketing doc and image library
• Support and assist onsite for brand events and photoshoots
• Manage daily organizational tasks to ensure the marketing team and office is running smoothly
• Some occasional night and weekend events required

Role Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing,  influencer marketing, social media, PR, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for FP Movement brand and the activewear space
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-versed in editing, grammar, and proofreading techniques
• Extremely organized
• Strong work ethic and time management skills, ability to prioritize projects and multitask
• A collaborative, “team-first” attitude and willingness to move quickly
• Detail-oriented and strategic thinker
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, project tracking documents, Asana, and Canva preferred 

 

This role is based in Los Angeles, CA. 

The wage range for this role is $70,000-70,000.  Wages are based on several factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, etc.
