The Opportunity

How You'll Make an Impact
Promote and support a culture of safety, quality, and integrity across manufacturing operations.
Monitor, inspect, and control assigned production processes to ensure consistent performance.
Drive First Pass Yield (FPY) results and support initiatives to exceed operational targets.
Analyze scrap trends and implement corrective actions to reduce waste.
Lead continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
Support new product introductions and maintain required process documentation.
Conduct time and motion studies to identify value-added and non-value-added activities.
Collaborate with maintenance and cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and production flow.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Technical degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly process operations.
Experience with equipment setup, process control, and manufacturing tools within a production environment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and waste reduction techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Ability to communicate effectively in English; valid visa availability is preferred.
