Job Summary:

The Assistant Vice President will be a member of the Equity Product Development team and work on product initiatives across the lifecycle from market insight and product ideation through design, launch, ongoing management and further development. The role will work across HKEX's exchange traded products franchise, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to translate market opportunities into commercially relevant and executable product and market enhancements.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities include:

• Support development and execution of the ETP business strategy.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare strategic analyses, business cases, and governance materials.
• Work across departments to coordinate the listing of new products.
• Work with market makers and issuers to strengthen the market-making ecosystem.
• Monitor the performance and development of HKEX's ETP portfolio.
• Build effective relationships with issuers, market makers and other market participants, and lead selected client engagements.
• Advance the team's product development and knowledge management capabilities through effective use of AI-enabled tools.
• Support the development of junior colleagues through day-to-day guidance, review of work and knowledge sharing.
