Job Overview
The Solution Engineer will drive infrastructure automation and AI initiatives while managing IT infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring system reliability and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify manual IT processes and implement automation and AI solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and scripts.
- Administer servers, networks, storage, and cloud/on-premises infrastructure.
- Monitor system health, security, and performance.
- Respond to incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Manage identity and access controls, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Support infrastructure upgrades and ensure high availability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience or 6 years of overall relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Assistant Manager, Supervisory, or Lead role.
- Hands-on experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and identity & access management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced IT environment.
