What is the opportunity?

AS a Salesforce Product Administrator you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce platform solutions to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives within the financial services organization. This role focuses on declarative platform customization, user adoption strategies, license management, and data integration documentation. The Salesforce Product Administrator translates business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions while ensuring compliance with financial services regulatory standards and maximizing the platform’s value.

What will you do?

Salesforce Configuration & Customization

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and system processes for governance and knowledge transfer
  • Ensure all customizations comply with financial services regulatory standards, security requirements, and enterprise policies

Production Implementation Validation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing protocols to validate Salesforce configurations before production deployment
  • Verify implementations meet documented requirements, performance standards, and compliance specifications
  • Conduct data integrity checks, reconciliation, and end-to-end testing to ensure accuracy post-implementation
  • Document validation results, testing evidence, and sign-off procedures; escalate defects or non-conformances for remediation

Data Mapping & Integration Documentation

  • Create and maintain comprehensive data mapping documents for Salesforce Advisor Desktop data exchanges with upstream and downstream applications
  • Document field-to-field mappings, data transformation rules, and integration touchpoints across enterprise systems
  • Track data lineage and ensure consistency between source systems and Salesforce to support audit, compliance, and data governance requirements
  • Update mapping documentation in response to system changes, new integrations, or requirement modifications
  • Collaborate with integration teams, data stewards, and stakeholders to validate accuracy of mappings and resolve data discrepancies

User Adoption & Enablement

  • Monitor and track adoption metrics, user engagement, and feature utilization across assigned Salesforce platform areas
  • Identify adoption barriers and recommend training interventions, process improvements, or system enhancements
  • Develop and deliver user training materials, best practice documentation, and change communication resources
  • Support change management initiatives to drive user engagement and maximize platform value realization

Business Requirements Translation

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, pain points, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend Salesforce-based solutions leveraging declarative features and platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with system architects and development teams on complex implementation needs and technical feasibility assessments
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security policies, financial services compliance frameworks, and organizational strategy

Operational Support & Optimization

  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for assigned Salesforce platform areas
  • Monitor system performance, user experience, and data quality; identify optimization opportunities
  • Conduct periodic reviews of configurations and recommend enhancements and improvements
  • Maintain audit trails, compliance documentation, and ensure system health and security posture
